that all Search output meets the highest standards; working with other

Assuming top level responsibility as the main point of contact for existing
clients for all aspects of Search and grow client investment. Build and
maintain strong relationships with Search suppliers, digital partners
and colleagues.

Perform all aspects of day to day SEO and Paid search activity by optimising
campaigns and creating reports.

To develop the SEO proposition with the sales team in line with company
objectives including social media optimisation. To assess, optimise and
manage all existing SEO accounts, liaising with all relevant internal
departments. To retain and develop current accounts building the account
and its income and cross selling other services as appropriate. Positively
promote the Agency, its SEO work and integrity both internally and externally.
Ensure that the highest level of service is consistently provided. Run
weekly SEO status meetings with Account management. Overall responsibility
for all SEO clients.Manage and liaise with clients to ensure necessary SEO changes are made.
Understand the Client’s business, their marketplace and their key objectives.
Keyword research for a client site to determine the most appropriate terms
to target. Competitor analysis within the search engines. Regular submissions
of the client site to major, industry and niche search engines and directories.
Link building – Finding appropriate sites and requesting them to link
through to our clients. Ongoing monitoring of clients weblogs and search
engine placement. Creation of statistics reports for use in monthly presentation
to client. Ongoing maintenance and suggestions for improvement to client
site. Help in development and presentation of documents to Clients. Advising
Clients on best possible means to achieve objectives on an ongoing basis.

Overview

I have over 8 years experience in the field of Search Engine Optimisation,
& Internet Marketing, and a BSc(Hons) Software Engineering degree.

In Nov. 05 I became a Google-approved Qualified professional by passing their
internal Adwords examination. I retook the exam in Nov. 07 while at Brand
Attention.

In Dec. 07 I became MSN AdCenter qualified through the Microsoft AdExcellence

I was one of the founders of SMA-UK, a trade association for the search

I have a wide range of technical skills at my disposal to help create and
maintain websites that are both search engine friendly and aesthetically
pleasing.

During my time at “WebOptimiser” I worked as a member of an SEO team, and
gained crucial experience in project management and customer relations.
At WebOptimiser, good communication skills were essential, as I was required
to work closely with marketing departments and a vast range of clients.
After leaving, I joined VIA NET.WORKS as the Senior SEO Consultant for the
company. Whilst in this position I have extended my knowledge and experience
in project management, web development and SEO, keeping up-to-date with
the latest industry trends and technologies. This has assisted me in aiding
clients to attain the greatest return on investment for their Internet marketing
budgets.

While at Green Cathedral I built a successful SEO team, developed the company
SEO proposition, and managed numerous large client accounts.
